HR and administration Manager F/H

For our subsidiary in Qatar, we are looking for an HR and Administration Manager

Responsible for employment policies and procedures, overseeing payroll and rewards and recognition programs as well as managing workplace safety initiatives. Along with administering employee-benefit programs, the HR & Administration Manager role involves finding, screening, recruiting new job applicants and developing training and development programs for all employees.

General Management:

Ø  Develop HR programs and identify key HR metrics to analyze and solve problems

Ø  Champion Credit Karma’s values and develop cultural initiatives and strategies to attract new talent and maintain our high retention rate

Ø  Develop and lead programs pertaining to employee training, recognition, development, and new hire orientation

Ø  Participate in HR audits and risk assessments, oversee CSR aspects in coordination with the project HSE team and the CSR Department at Head Office

Ø  Work collaboratively with Finance and manage a growing HR team

Management System:

Ø  Set practical processes for all HR related activities of the department

Ø  Maintain historical records for staff and workers with associated costs

Ø  Ensure a permanent focus on preserving the company from unjustified expenses

Ø  Maintain accurate and complete employee files and other HR related information

Ø  Provide communication on departmental expectations, motivates team members and identifies opportunity for improvements

Ø  Ensure policies are followed and provides guidance and discipline

Ø  Investigate and arbitrate and employee complaints and grievances, reporting and recommending any necessary actions.

Ø  Provide team leadership consistent with company vision

Ø  Ensure compensation and benefits for all employees are in line with company policy

Follow-up:

Ø  Supervises the implementation of the Project HR Action Plan, and ensures that the measures taken are effective.

Ø  Responsible for analyzing and issuing HR reports (weekly or monthly as required)

Ø  Shall collect, consolidate and analyze the statistics of Project concerning Recruitment, HRIS, Trainings, Retention & Talent Management

Ø  Plans and conduct internal audits for ensuring that the QDVC Career Framework is applied and that the measures taken are effective.

Ø  Organize monthly/quarterly meetings with Project HR staff and HO Supporto be taken.

Ø  Organize a meeting following external or third party audit, in the same manner

Experience Feedback:

Ø  Analyze information to improve the effectiveness of the system at specific level.

Ø  Shall build up the Project HR database founded on the project Shared Drive and circulates the elements of general interest.

External Parties:

Ø  Responsible to represent Project on HR topics in contacts with HO, Client, external and interested parties and with any other required organizations.




Profil :

Education and Experience :

Ø  Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7-10 years of progressive human resources experience.

Ø  Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or CIPD and other related certifications recommended. 

Ø  Ability to use common office equipment, computer equipment and software, payroll/Human Resources Management Systems (HRMS), COINS experience preferred.


Key Skills and Knowledge:

Ø  Ability to create and manage a department. Proper delegation and monitoring of team. Performance management and successive planning.

Ø  Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate at all levels within the organization.

Ø  Self-starters and have strong management and leadership skills and are capable of managing projects and tasks successfully to completion; must be highly accountable and responsible.

Ø  Flexible, willing to travel for recruiting events and have excellent presentation skills.

Ø  Fluent in English is a must (business correspondence & verbal at all levels).
